ZITPY - CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of the Zitpy Master Services Agreement (MSA) between Media N Screen Ltd trading as Zitpy and the Client.

1. NO AUTOMATIC RIGHT TO REFUNDS

1.1 All services provided by Zitpy are business-to-business services and are not covered by consumer cooling-off rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

1.2 Payments are non-refundable once any of the following has commenced:

  • Strategy or onboarding
  • Account setup or optimisation
  • Content creation
  • Campaign planning
  • Platform configuration
  • Production or editing

2. CANCELLATION NOTICE

2.1 Monthly services require 30 days’ written notice to cancel unless otherwise stated.

2.2 Notice must be sent by email to Zitpy.

2.3 Services continue and fees remain payable during the notice period.

3. CONTENT & PRODUCTION CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Shoot days, content production, and editing are booked in advance.

3.2 Cancellations:

  • Within 7 days → 100% charge
  • Within 14 days → 50% charge
  • More than 14 days → no charge (rescheduling only)

4. NO REFUNDS FOR PARTIAL USE

4.1 Failure by the Client to:

  • Provide content
  • Approve work
  • Attend shoots
  • Grant access

does not entitle the Client to any refund or credit.

5. TERMINATION BY ZITPY

If Zitpy terminates due to:

  • Non-payment
  • Breach of contract
  • Unlawful or abusive conduct

No refunds shall be payable.

6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

6.1 The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for properly invoiced services.

6.2 Any chargeback initiated in breach of this Agreement will be treated as a contractual debt.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Delays caused by platform outages, illness, weather, or third-party failure do not entitle the Client to refunds.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
