1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

1.1 Zitpy provides professional marketing and media services, but does not guarantee:

• Sales or revenue
• Leads or enquiries
• Website traffic
• Social media growth
• Google rankings
• Review removal
• Brand reputation
• Advertising performance

1.2 All marketing involves commercial risk and platform-controlled algorithms.

2. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

2.1 Zitpy does not own or control:

• Google
• Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
• TikTok
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Any other advertising platform

2.2 Zitpy is not liable for:

• Account suspensions
• Content removals
• Shadow bans
• Policy enforcement
• Platform downtime

3. MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP

3.1 Zitpy’s total liability to the Client shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client to Zitpy in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

3.2 This cap applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

4. EXCLUDED LOSSES

Zitpy shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profit
• Loss of revenue
• Loss of business
• Loss of goodwill
• Loss of opportunity
• Loss of data
• Indirect or consequential loss

5. CONTENT & CLIENT MATERIALS

Zitpy is not responsible for:

• Legal compliance of client-supplied content
• Copyright or trademark issues from client materials
• Claims arising from published content approved by the Client

The Client indemnifies Zitpy against all claims arising from such materials.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Zitpy is not liable for failure or delay caused by:

• Platform outages
• Government action
• War, strikes, pandemics
• Internet or hosting failure
• Third-party service failures

7. MAXIMUM PROTECTION UNDER UK LAW

Nothing in this Policy limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

All other liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
